Overview

Our client is one of the UK's leading roofing and cladding contractors who have been working across the United Kingdom for over 10 years and now boast an enviable group turnover of £15m and over 30 employees working across the South of England.

Responsibilities

  • You will be an experienced
  • Contracts Manager who has experience working with

Facade Systems such as Rainscreen, Composite Panels, Metal Sheeting, Timber Cladding and Metal Profiled Cladding as well as Flat Roofing Systems such as Single Ply, Liquid Applied Membranes, Bitumen, Green Roofs and Built up Roofing.

  • Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be working on 4/5 projects at any one time within

Industrial, Retail & Commercial Sectors ranging in value from £50k up to £2m.

  • Our client has grown and kept loyal clients due to their absolute commitment to quality workmanship.

In this position you will be expected to promote quality workmanship, drive site performance, ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget and all H&S standards are adhered to.

You will be IT literate and you will use the company’s personalised CRM system.

Requirements

  • IT literate and able to use the company’s personalised CRM system.
  • Experience with

Facade Systems and Flat Roofing Systems (as listed).

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with stakeholders.
