Housing Solicitor | Wigan | Hybrid Working
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Housing Solicitor to join a growing and highly regarded law firm in Wigan. This is an exciting time to join a successful practice that continues to expand following significant business growth and new client wins.
Working within a specialist Housing team, you'll advise a diverse client base including landlords, accommodation providers and property businesses across the private rented, student accommodation and Build-to-Rent sectors.
The Role
- Managing a caseload of housing and landlord & tenant matters.
- Advising on service charge disputes and recovery matters.
- Handling rent arrears, debt recovery and possession proceedings.
- Providing commercially focused legal advice to clients.
- Managing matters from inception through to resolution.
About You
- Experience in housing, landlord & tenant, property litigation or debt recovery.
- Service charge experience would be highly advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR).
- Commercially minded with excellent client care skills.
- Ability to manage a varied caseload and work to deadlines.
