Are you an experienced Post Completions professional looking to take the next step in your career? We are looking for someone to set up a brand‑new Post Completions Team, and we’re looking for a confident, detail‑driven Supervisor to lead it. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong residential conveyancing experience who thrives in a compliance‑focused environment and enjoys improving processes, mentoring others, and ensuring files are watertight from start to finish.
The Role
You’ll oversee all post‑completion matters across purchases, sales, transfers of equity and re‑mortgages, ensuring every file is completed accurately, efficiently, and in line with SRA and lender requirements. You’ll also take ownership of structured file audits, identifying risks, improving compliance, and supporting fee earners with best practice. This role is ideal for someone methodical, organised, and ready to step into a leadership position within a modern, tech‑driven legal practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing all post‑completion workflows
- Preparing and submitting Land Registry applications (AP1, FR1, etc.)
- Handling requisitions and complex registrations
- Liaising with lenders and satisfying panel obligations
- Managing diaries, deadlines, undertakings and residual balances
- Conducting regular file audits
