Overview: We are seeking an experienced Fee Earner to manage a caseload of litigated Fast Track and Multi Track Personal Injury claims at our Liverpool office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Fast Track and Multi-Track personal injury files
- Conduct client interviews and provide regular updates
- Draft statements, legal documents, and instructions for experts and counsel
- Assess general and special damages and negotiate settlements
- Handle applications and provide advocacy at hearings
- Instruct experts and conclude cases, including costs and billing
- Take initial client instructions and provide legal advice
- Attend court hearings with or without counsel
- Communicate effectively with clients, opponents, experts, and counsel
- Advise on and arrange funding methods, including CFAs and cost updates
- Maintain accurate records and correspondence across all cases
