The job: run your own book. Win the listing, find the buyer, hold the negotiation, and take the deal to transfer at the Dubai Land Department — with the leads, marketing and CRM of a 200-person brokerage behind you.
- Bring your track record to Dubai — a senior desk, tax-free commission, no ceiling
- Two years or more of property sales, or another high-value sale, required
- Commission only, tax free — our top earner made US$2.9 million last year
- No. 1 lead generator on Property Finder — leads handed to you every day
Why join McCone
- With our AI-powered CRM and tools, new agents are closing deals within their first weeks
- Your RERA licence and private health insurance paid for
- Premium Property Finder listings and a marketing team behind you
- 4.8 from 1,133 Google reviews — a name clients already trust
- A two-week academy with a UK-certified trainer, then a mentor with 15+ years in Dubai property
The honest part
Our average agent earned US$112,000 last year, tax free — the US$2.9 million is our best, not our typical. Commission only means no salary, so bring around six months of savings to see you through the first deals.
What You Will Need
- Ready to relocate to Dubai within 1 to 3 months
- A proven closing record — property, or another high-ticket sale
- The discipline to run your own business, because that is what this is
You already do this job, somewhere it is taxed.
