Responsibilities required for 16.00 hours per week. Here at McColl's we pride ourselves on being the second largest multiple convenience operator in the UK. As a Store Colleague/Sales Assistant, it will be your responsibility to ensure our customers receive the first-class customer service that they have come to expect every time they visit one of our stores. It is also about talking to customers and promoting various products through active selling. Other duties include till and cash operation, stock control, merchandising, and assisting the store management team by maintaining a clean and well-presented store at all times.
We also want our colleagues to feel proud of their role within the local community and offer an excellent in-house development scheme and a fun, friendly place to work. We are looking for people who enjoy building relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
