As a store colleague, you will be trained to cover various tasks within the store, including:
- Till and cash operation (including Post Office as required)
- Stock Control
- Merchandising
- Ensuring store operates safely and legally
- Lone Working
- Covering supervisor role in store (additional pay for hours covered)

Please note: For stores selling alcohol, candidates must be over the legal age due to licensing conditions. If there is a Post Office in your store, you may be required to undergo a P250 check as part of pre-employment checks, which will be discussed at interview.
