Overview
Required for 16.00 hours per week. Here at McColls we pride ourselves on being the second largest multiple convenience operator in the UK. As a Store Colleague/Sales Assistant it will be your responsibility to ensure our customers receive the first class customer service that they have come to expect every time they visit one of our stores. It is also about talking to customers promoting various products through active selling. (Please do not worry we will train you to do this).
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
- Engage with customers, promoting products through active selling.
- Operate tills and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Stock control, merchandising and maintaining a clean, well-presented store.
- Assist the store management team as needed to support store operations.
