Overview
Required for 16.00 hours per week. Here at McColls we pride ourselves on being the second largest multiple convenience operator in the UK. As a Store Colleague/Sales Assistant it will be your responsibility to ensure our customers receive the first class customer service that they have come to expect every time they visit one of our stores. It is also about talking to customers promoting various products through active selling. (Please do not worry we will train you to do this).
Responsibilities
- Deliver high quality customer service to every customer.
- Promote products through active selling where appropriate.
- Till and cash operation.
- Stock control.
- Merchandising and presenting a clean, well‑presented store.
- Assist the store management team and maintain a positive, tidy store environment.
- Build relationships with customers and colleagues.
Qualifications / Requirements
We are looking for people who enjoy building relationships with customers and colleagues alike. A willingness to learn and work as part of a team is essential.
