Here at McColls we pride ourselves on being the second largest multiple convenience operator in the UK. As a Store Colleague/Sales Assistant, it will be your responsibility to ensure our customers receive first‑class customer service every time they visit one of our stores. It is also about talking to customers, promoting various products through active selling (please do not worry – we will train you to do this).
Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service and engage with customers to promote products.
- Operate till and handle cash transactions.
- Maintain stock control and merchandising standards.
- Assist the store management team by keeping the store clean and well‑presented at all times.
