Are you a RICS Accredited Residential/Building Surveyor (FRICS, MRICS, AssocRICS)?

Your Role:

You are a dedicated, RICS‑accredited surveyor with experience in Residential or Building Surveying. Your responsibilities include:

• Undertaking Walk‑Through and Schedule of Condition Reports
• Writing bespoke Defect Analysis Reports
• Offering Reinstatement Cost Assessments (with no requirement to undertake Red‑Book Valuations)

The Necessities:

• FRICS, MRICS, or AssocRICS accreditation, with experience in Residential, or Building Surveying.
• Hold a full UK driving license with access to a vehicle.
• Have the right to work in the UK.
• Are okay with a necessary DBS check.
