The predicted salary is between 40000 - 50000 £ per year.
Residential / Building Surveyor based in or around South Devon. Our patch runs across parts of Devon, Somerset and Dorset, primarily between Plymouth and Yeovil. Torbay and the surrounding area is where we need support most.
You'll be carrying out RICS Level 2 and Level 3 Home Surveys. Level 2 is the core of the role, but if you're confident with Level 3s, that genuinely changes the conversation. No Red Book valuations required. You will need a full UK driving licence, right to work in the UK, and be comfortable with a DBS check.
One survey a day. Four a week. Enough time to do the job properly. You'll have office support handling bookings and admin. You manage your own diary. If you need to drop the kids at school, you drop them. If you train BJJ at midday on a Friday, train. As long as the work gets done and the client is looked after, how you structure your day is up to you.
The kit: Protimeter MMS3, drone, borescope, crack gauge callipers, iPhone, iPad, MacBook.
The terms: 20 days annual leave, bank holidays, your birthday off. Full-time or part-time considered.
The support: Real CPD support, and a PDP led by you.
The salary: Competitive and experience-dependent. We'd rather have an honest conversation than lose the right person over a number on a page.
