The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.
We're looking for an experienced RICS Residential or Building Surveyor based in or around South Devon. You'll be carrying out RICS Level 2 and Level 3 Home Surveys. Level 2 is the core of the role, but if you're confident with Level 3s, that genuinely changes the conversation.
You will need a full UK driving licence, right to work in the UK, and be comfortable with a DBS check.
One survey a day. You'll have office support handling bookings and admin.
If you need to drop the kids at school, you drop them. One of our surveyors finishes a coastal inspection and grabs an ice cream on the seafront before the drive home.
The terms: 20 days annual leave, bank holidays, your birthday off. Full-time or part-time considered.
We can't offer a company car, private health cover or a corporate retreat. Our offices are in a heritage building with a thatched pub on the estate that gets used for birthdays and celebrations. The property stock here - Jacobean, cob, Victorian, new build - will keep you interested for a long time.
