Responsibilities include
Shipping/Receiving
- Perform tasks including receiving, storing, and issuing of materials.
- Receive purchased items by verifying labeling and quantities of material against documentation and enter into Quick Books.
- Package completed products for shipment.
- Create shipping documents for domestic and international shipments, required customs documents, packing slips and waybills using UPS, FEDEX and DHL.
- Ship goods ensuring deadlines are achieved and complete documentation is included.
- Maintain neat and organized material storage and stockroom areas.
- Unpack goods and place product in correct location in warehouse
Inventory Control
- Assist monthly inventory cycle count to verify accuracy
- Report stockroom errors and inventory discrepancies to manager.
- Pull items from stock to fill requests for production and/or shipment.
- Perform kitting of material for work orders and tracking status of builds in Quick Books
Qualifications
- Experience preferred in stockroom, inventory control operations within a manufacturing environment.
- Need to demonstrate attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of Quick Books, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Ability to communicate effectively by in person or through written communication.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. at one time.
- Experience with UPS on-line shipping

- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to walk/stand for periods in excess of 2 hours at a time.
Work Environment
- Employee will be exposed to moving ladders and carts.
- Due to the close proximity of the shop floor, the noise level in the work environment may be moderate to loud and may need to utilize ear plugs.
- Must have proper footwear, work boots preferred.
