This is a full-time hybrid role for a Commercial Team Member, primarily based in our Malton office with opportunities for remote work. In this role, you will manage and maintain client accounts, including handling renewals and adjustments, building strong relationships with clients and insurers, and delivering outstanding customer service. You will identify opportunities for policy improvements, ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date, and provide valuable support to our sales and claims teams to enhance our service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of or willingness to learn about commercial insurance products and industry practices
  • Proficiency in customer service and relationship management with excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively
