About The Role

We are currently looking to grow our already established and dedicated team of mental health support workers at Choice Support.

You will be supporting adults to improve their daily living skills – anything from helping them manage their finances to supporting them to cook a meal. The aim is to promote the people we support’s independence so that they can gain the skills and confidence to move on into the community. The people we support have a interest in arts and music so if this is something you enjoy, you could be enjoying it together! You will also be needed to do some housework, paperwork (IT skills are needed).

Hours

Full time (39 hours per week)

8am and 5pm. Shorter shifts available at the weekends.

Location

Canterbury CT6

About You

Each day is different, so we are looking for someone who is prepared to be flexible and adaptable to change.

The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion about working within this sector, looking to make a difference to the people we support and will be looking for a challenging but rewarding role. We are a small team so you must be happy to lone work.
