About the Role

At Tuck by Truck, we're like a vending machine on wheels! You will help our employees prepare snack boxes full of treats and drinks, and then hit the road in our service van, delivering these goodies to local businesses. It's all about building confidence and teamwork—you will play a key role in empowering our employees to develop skills for future employment.

What You Will Do

  • Assist with packing and delivering snack boxes
  • Drive our van to deliver the goods to local businesses (so a full UK driving licence is a must!)
  • Help with stock checks and tallying money
  • Support individuals in setting personal goals and working toward them
  • While personal care isn't usually part of the job, you may occasionally assist with it (like a quick trip to the toilet)

Hours

We're offering 21 hours a week, Monday – Friday, 9am – 4:30pm—plenty of time for flexibility!

Location

We're based at Quarry Wood Industrial Estate in Maidstone, there's free parking!
