About The Role
We are excited to welcome a part time female Support Worker to our vibrant team. Together, we will empower individuals to live fulfilling lives, try new experiences, and enjoy their day-to-day activities. You will collaborate closely with each person and their families, ensuring their time is spent doing the things that truly matter to them. You will be working across 4 services in Ilford, all within a 15 to 30-minute walk of each other. During your shift, you may be required to visit more than one location.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with daily living tasks such as administering medication
- Helping with shopping and meals
- Providing personal care
- Accessing the community to support with activities
Hours & Shift Patterns:
30 hours to cover flexible shifts over a 24-hour rota, including weekends.
