We are looking for caring and reliable Support Workers to join our team. You will support people with disabilities to live full and meaningful lives. This includes helping them take part in everyday activities such as going to the cinema, enjoying meals out, visiting museums, and finding new ways to have fun and feel happy. The role also includes supporting with personal care, housekeeping, and cooking. You will play an important part in helping people feel safe, valued, and included.
Location: Biggleswade
Hours: We have both full-time and part-time roles available. You will need to be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including working weekends and waking night shifts, which are usually two to three each month.
About You: We are looking for someone who is kind, patient, and caring. You should enjoy helping others and making a positive difference, with a positive attitude and willingness to be part of a team. You will need to be flexible and reliable in your approach to work. You will need a full United Kingdom driving licence, the ability to work flexible shifts, and a genuine passion for supporting people.
