The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 £ per year.
You will be supporting 12 people who live in their own flats and have varying support needs.
There are a wide range of daily duties, from meal prep and cleaning to supporting with medication and personal care. You will also be helping to take part in people's interests and activities that support their health and wellbeing. This can range from arts and crafts, nights out at the theatre, shopping trips, holidays and social occasions or whatever their needs may be.
As a Support Worker, you’ll deliver excellent care, celebrate achievements, encourage fun and creativity and engage directly with the wider community. This is more than just a job – you will be helping the people we support gain independence and live healthy, happy and fulfilling lives.
Hours
- BANK POSITIONS AVAILABLE
- Shift patterns can vary widely – from long days to shorter shifts between 7:00am-21:00pm
- Waking night shifts 21:00pm-7:15am
- Sleep in shifts 21:00pm-7:00am
- Staff are required to work at least every other weekend.
Location: This service is situated in Hastings town centre.
