About the role

You will be part of the creative heart of our 3D team. While technical understanding is required to make things real, your primary focus is concept creation and creative development. You’ll join our expanding 3D team, closely collaborating with the wider creative team of Graphic Designers, Content Developers and Strategists. Your goal is to shape the visual and emotional flow of each project from concept to delivery.

What you’ll be doing

  • Delivering creative spatial designs from initial concepts to completed visuals.
  • Designing the 'Hero' moments of the booth, such as installations, interactive sculptures, and architectural gestures that define the space.
  • Leading the creative narrative, while working on multiple projects concurrently and meeting deadlines.
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver the best creative solutions.
  • Balancing teamwork with independent ownership to achieve the creative vision from concept to completion.
  • Traveling occasionally to go on-site for the delivery of your designs, both within the UK and internationally.

What we’re looking for

  • A portfolio exploding with creative ideas, crazy sketches and extraordinary designs.
  • 5+ years’ experience in spatial design.
  • We welcome spatial designers from various backgrounds including Architecture, Interior Design.
