About the role

You will be part of the creative heart of our 3D team. In this role, you will closely collaborate with the Creative designers, Design directors and Strategists, assisting them in bringing concepts to reality. Your inspiration, flair and creative drive is paramount to maintaining the highest standard of design.

What you’ll be doing

  • You will report to the Associate Creative Director of Spatial design, who will guide and support you in ensuring that all assigned tasks are delivered to the highest standard.
  • Assisting the Senior design team to deliver spatial layouts, conceptual renders and supporting documents.
  • Working on multiple projects concurrently, switching between tasks, based on the team's priorities, with support of your design director.
  • Liaising with suppliers and contractors to technically execute the designs.
  • Support the team to achieve the creative vision from concept to completion, whilst occasionally working on independent projects with the oversight of a senior designer.
  • Traveling occasionally to support on-site delivery, both within the UK and internationally.

What we’re looking for

  • A portfolio showcasing creative flair and an understanding of spatial design.
  • 1-2 years experience in spatial design. We welcome spatial designers from various backgrounds including Architecture, Interior Design & Events / Exhibition design.
  • Knowledge of 3D software. You can create atmospheric, mood-driven visuals that excite clients (Sketchup with Enscape preferred).
  • A basic understanding of spatial layouts, composition and aesthetics.
  • Excellent communication skills. You can confidently articulate your designs to fellow team members and suppliers.
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects with precision.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and adaptable within a fast-paced company environment.
