Finance Assistan t to join an internationally renowned exhibition design agency based in Shoreditch, London.

Finance Assistan t role is an essential one within mccglc Ltd.
The successful candidate will have a positive approach to challenges, be driven, self-motivated, multi-tasking, personable and have the ability to build strong relationships.
- Your job role and responsibilities
- Reporting directly to the Finance Operations Manager, processing and assisting with daily accounting operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and General Ledger
- Performing financial and project-related reconciliations, working closely with our Project Management System
- Managing and maintaining the expenses system and its related processes
- Documenting business and system processes and finance-related policies
- Providing support in the month-end and year-end close processes
- Supporting with ad hoc operational duties as requested by line management
- 2 years’ experience within a Finance/Accounting role
- Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end close processes
- Keen system and administration skills
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
- Microsoft Excel knowledge is essential
- Fluency in spoken and written English and the right to work in the UK
- A Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent qualification in Finance, Accounting or similar subject
- Experience with different currencies
- Experience with GSuite, Concur, Procim, Xero and Syft is a plus
- Salary of £35k to 40k (depending on experience)
- Full-time, office-based role in our Shoreditch studio — collaborate in person with a passionate creative team
- Flexible 7-hour workdays (core hours 10am–4pm)
- 26 days holiday + bank holidays (accruing 1 additional day each year, up to 30 days)
