About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Cleaning Supervisor to lead our housekeeping operations while taking responsibility for all in-house laundry and ironing services. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional standards of cleanliness, presentation, and customer service.

The successful candidate will supervise cleaning teams, maintain quality standards, and ensure all laundry and ironing are completed to a professional standard. Attention to detail, reliability, and a passion for creating beautifully maintained homes are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support cleaning staff to deliver exceptional housekeeping standards.
• Conduct quality checks and ensure all work meets company expectations.
• Train new members of the housekeeping team.
• Complete and oversee all in-house laundry services.
• Professionally iron a wide range of garments, bedding, and household linens.
• Ensure delicate fabrics and specialist items are handled correctly.
• Maintain laundry equipment and ensure safe working practices are followed.
• Monitor stock levels of cleaning and laundry supplies.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and respond professionally to client requests.
• Train and mentor team members to maintain consistent service quality.

Essential Requirements

• Previous experience as a Cleaning Supervisor, Housekeeping Supervisor, or similar role.
• Proven experience in both professional laundry and ironing.
• Excellent knowledge of garment care, fabric handling, and stain treatment.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
• Reliable, trustworthy, and professional at all times.
• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
