McCausland Airport Parking is looking for a fully qualified Motor Mechanic to join our team. This is a hands‑on role working with our in‑house fleet and customer vehicles, keeping vehicles safe, reliable, and ready to support our day‑to‑day operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Servicing and repairing a range of vehicles including vans, jeeps, and minibuses
  • Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults
  • Carrying out routine inspections and preventative maintenance
  • Preparing vehicles for MOT and compliance checks
  • Keeping clear and accurate service records
  • Working closely with the operations team to reduce vehicle downtime
  • Following health & safety procedures at all times

What We’re Looking For

  • Fully qualified (NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds or equivalent)
  • Proven experience in vehicle servicing and repairs
  • Strong fault‑finding and diagnostic skills
  • Full UK driving licence (clean or minimal points)
  • Reliable, tidy, and safety‑focused approach to work

Nice to Have (But Not Essential)

  • Fleet or commercial vehicle experience
  • Minibus / PSV / HGV experience
  • D/D1 License
  • Experience working in a fast‑paced or regulated environment
