McCausland Airport Parking is looking for a fully qualified Motor Mechanic to join our team. This is a hands‑on role working with our in‑house fleet and customer vehicles, keeping vehicles safe, reliable, and ready to support our day‑to‑day operations.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Servicing and repairing a range of vehicles including vans, jeeps, and minibuses
- Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults
- Carrying out routine inspections and preventative maintenance
- Preparing vehicles for MOT and compliance checks
- Keeping clear and accurate service records
- Working closely with the operations team to reduce vehicle downtime
- Following health & safety procedures at all times
What We’re Looking For
- Fully qualified (NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds or equivalent)
- Proven experience in vehicle servicing and repairs
- Strong fault‑finding and diagnostic skills
- Full UK driving licence (clean or minimal points)
- Reliable, tidy, and safety‑focused approach to work
Nice to Have (But Not Essential)
- Fleet or commercial vehicle experience
- Minibus / PSV / HGV experience
- D/D1 License
- Experience working in a fast‑paced or regulated environment
