Are you highly organised, customer-focused, and looking to grow your career in property and lettings? We’re looking for a Tenancy Management Coordinator to join our dynamic Rentals team and play a key role in delivering a seamless tenancy experience across multiple UK sites.
About the Role
As a Tenancy Management Coordinator, you’ll support the Rentals team in achieving their targets by ensuring the smooth administration of a portfolio of rental properties. From pre-tenancy through to move-in, you’ll be at the heart of the process—keeping everything running efficiently, compliantly, and with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinating and administering tenancies from pre-tenancy through to move-in
- Managing the full tenant referencing process
- Authorising key releases and ensuring timely move-ins
- Supporting the administration of a nationwide property portfolio
- Producing weekly and ad hoc reports
- Handling a high volume of calls and emails from tenants, landlords, and third parties
- Liaising with internal teams to report maintenance issues and ensure compliance
- Proactively resolving issues to keep processes on track
- Supporting the Pre Tenure Manager and stepping in when required
- Assisting with additional tasks as needed across the Rentals team
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in lettings or tenancy administration
- A basic understanding of tenancy legislation
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Confidence in dealing with customers and stakeholders
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask
- A team-oriented approach with a passion for great customer service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
