About the Role

This is a dual role consisting of Personal Care and Domestic Services. You'll work closely with the Field Care Supervisor, House Managers and Care Performance Manager to deliver personal bespoke care and lifestyle services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Individual Homeowners: provide personalised care, help with daily activities, personal hygiene and medication assistance; offer domestic support such as cleaning, shopping and managing household tasks.
  • Domestic: maintain communal areas within our developments to a high standard, ensuring a clean, tidy, welcoming environment for all homeowners.
  • Social Support: assist homeowners with social activities, transport arrangements and attending appointments to enhance overall wellbeing and social connections.

What We're Looking For

  • Skills & Experience: previous experience in a care environment or Level 2 Health and Social Care. Training will be provided.
  • Driving Licence: valid full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between developments.
  • Flexibility: ability to work on rota basis including early mornings, late evenings and alternate weekends.
  • Interpersonal skills: strong empathy, communication, time‐management.

Location and Working Hours

Based across Sunderland and surrounding areas. Part‐time hours available per week on a rota basis that may include mornings, evenings and alternate weekends, 7 am to 10 pm.

Compensation

Hourly rate: £14.50 per hour, plus up to £1.30 for evening and weekend shifts. Bonus: £300 upon successful completion of probation (subject to conditions).
