Mc Carthy & Stone is seeking an experienced Care Supervisor to join our Wheatley Place estate in Solihull, West Midlands.

  • Contract: Permanent
  • Hours: 33.5 hours per week, a mixture of day and evening shifts, including weekdays and weekends.
  • Pay: £15.24 per hour for day shifts, £12.24 for sleeping night shifts, plus an extra £1 for every hour worked from midnight Friday to midnight Sunday.

As a Care Supervisor, you’ll play a crucial role in enabling residents to live independently and actively, upholding our commitment to high‑quality care.

You will support the management of a thriving community of independent older adults, oversee the Care and Support team, ensure their safety, coordinate activities, and foster a welcoming atmosphere.

About You

  • Warm, friendly, organised, and self‑motiving, with experience in a care or support environment.
  • Preferably a Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care (Level 2 candidates welcome but must undertake Level 3).
  • Eager to take on responsibilities, promote community spirit and improve residents’ wellbeing.
  • Previous experience managing team members.
