Mc Carthy & Stone is seeking an experienced Care Supervisor to join our Wheatley Place estate in Solihull, West Midlands.

- Contract: Permanent
- Hours: 33.5 hours per week, a mixture of day and evening shifts, including weekdays and weekends.
- Pay: £15.24 per hour for day shifts, £12.24 for sleeping night shifts, plus an extra £1 for every hour worked from midnight Friday to midnight Sunday.

About You

- Preferably a Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care (Level 2 candidates welcome but must undertake Level 3).

- Previous experience managing team members.
