Mc Carthy Stone is seeking an experienced Registered Estate Manager for Watson Place, a Retirement Living Plus development in Chipping Norton, Oxfordshire.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, care delivery, and the overall running of the community to ensure residents enjoy independence and a vibrant lifestyle.

You will lead a care and support team, uphold high quality standards, ensure CQC compliance, and collaborate with Sales/Rentals to promote occupancy and community engagement.
