You will take ownership of reward data, support payroll excellence, and contribute to continuous improvement across our reward and benefits offering. You will be at the heart of our reward and payroll operations, helping to:
- Ensure accurate, timely payroll delivery
- Drive insightful reward analysis and modelling
- Influence pay, bonus, and benefits strategies
- Support compliance and continuous improvement
- Enhance the overall colleague experience through reward
What we are looking for
You are someone who enjoys combining analytics with real people impact and who thrives on driving performance and influencing outcomes. You will likely bring:
- 2 years’ experience in Payroll and/or Reward
- Strong knowledge of payroll legislation (HMRC, NMW, GDPR)
- Advanced Excel and data analysis capability
- Experience in reward modelling and reporting
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment
