Mc Carthy Stone is seeking a Relief Duty Manager for our Brackley retirement community in Northamptonshire.

You will help residents stay safe, independent and engaged, while coordinating day-to-day care with our Estate and Operations teams.

This role offers flexible day, evening and weekend shifts with enhanced weekend pay and additional sleep shift payments.

Experience in senior care and a Level 2 Health and Social Care qualification are preferred.
