You will travel between developments using your own car, with mileage reimbursed at 43p per mile and an hourly rate of £14.50, plus 30p extra for evenings and £1.30 extra for weekends.
The role includes up to 20 hours per week on a rota that covers mornings, evenings, weekends, and some bank holidays.
