Join McCarthy Stone as a Relief Care Supervisor to support our friendly team at Potters Bar, Hertfordshire. Help older adults live safely, independently, and with dignity in a secure and vibrant retirement community.
Pay and Hours
- Day shifts: £16.25 per hour
- Sleeping night shifts: £12.65 per hour
- Weekend premium: Additional £1 per hour
- Additional supplemental £10.80 per sleep shift
- Shifts: Flexible day, evening, and weekend shifts scheduled in coordination with the Estate and Operations Managers
Your Role as a Relief Care Supervisor
- Support residents’ safety, wellbeing, and independence
- Respond to emergency calls during night shifts
- Oversee and assist with day-to-day care tasks
- Coordinate and support engaging social activities
- Foster a positive, welcoming environment for residents and staff
