We are recruiting a Registered Care Manager to lead a team of mobile care and support staff across the Tyne and Wear & North Yorkshire areas. Salary: Up to £44,000 DOE, plus bonus, benefits & company car. Hours: 38.75 – mix of home working and travel to our developments as required.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support a skilled care team of Care and Lifestyle Assistants, Field Care Supervisors, across several developments in the Tyne and Wear & North Yorkshire areas.
- Ensure exceptional, person‑centered care by developing and implementing individualized care plans tailored to support the well‑being and independence of our residents.
- Drive regulatory compliance and safety standards by overseeing adherence to McCarthy Stone and CQC regulations within our communities.
- Manage and grow our care services: Actively engage with residents, local communities, and partners to enhance the reach and reputation of our offerings.
- Handle operational responsibilities: Oversee recruitment, training, resource planning, and team performance to maintain high standards and ensure a seamless care experience.
