The Vacancy
We are looking for passionate Mobile Domestic and Lifestyle Assistants to join our expanding care team in the Nantwick & Alsager areas.
A valid full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential.
Travel expenses are covered and mileage is paid at 43p per mile.

£12.85 per hour
Hours
Up to 16 hours per week on a rota basis, including mornings, evenings, alternate weekends and some bank holidays. Shift times may vary between 7 am and 10 pm.

About the Role
This role provides domestic services and independent living support.
You will work closely with the Field Care Supervisor, House Managers and the Registered Care Manager to deliver bespoke domestic and lifestyle services.
Responsibilities include cleaning communal areas, household tasks such as laundry and shopping, and offering companionship and wellbeing activities.
This is a mobile, field‑based role requiring travel between our developments.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain communal areas to a high standard, ensuring a clean, tidy, and welcoming environment for all homeowners.
- Offer domestic support for homeowners, such as cleaning, shopping, and managing household tasks.
- Assist homeowners with social activities, transport arrangements and attending appointments, enhancing their overall well‑being and social connections.
- Additional Support Opportunities
- Provide personalised care to homeowners, including help with daily activities, personal hygiene and medication assistance.
Those interested may also be considered for our Care & Support roles (£14.50 per hour plus 43p mileage).
- What We’re Looking For
- Skills & Experience: Preferred previous experience in a domestic or housekeeping role, but full training is available for career changers.
Strong interpersonal skills, empathy and effective time‑management are essential.
- Driving Licence: A valid full UK driving licence and access to your own car, plus willingness to travel between developments.
- Flexibility: Ability to work on a rota basis including early mornings, late evenings, alternate weekends and some bank holidays.
