McCarthy Stone is seeking a Mobile Care Assistant to deliver personal care and domestic services across our Solihull developments. You will work with the Field Care Supervisor and House Managers to provide compassionate, tailored support, including daily activities, hygiene and companionship, while traveling between sites.
The role offers a base hourly rate with enhanced pay for evenings and travel benefits. A Level 2 Health & Social Care is preferred, with full training provided.
