Location
Knutsford & Lymm Areas of Cheshire. A valid full UK driving licence and use of your own vehicle is essential. Travel expenses covered, mileage paid at £0.43 per mile.
Hourly Rate
£14.50 per hour, with an additional £0.30 for working evening hours and £1.30 for weekend hours.
Hours
Various contracted hours available on a rota basis including mornings, evenings and alternate weekends (may include bank holidays) between 7 am and 10 pm.
Role Overview
We are looking for caring, proactive individuals to join as mobile care assistants delivering personal care and domestic services to older adults across our developments.
The role is mobile field-based and requires travel between sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Support individual homeowners with personal care, daily activities, hygiene, medication assistance.
- Maintain communal areas to a high standard and provide domestic support such as cleaning and shopping.
- Assist with social activities, transport arrangements and attending appointments to enhance overall well-being.
- What We’re Looking For
- Level 2 Health & Social Care qualification preferred but not essential; training will be provided. Experience in care, domestic or housekeeping valued.
- Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, time-management ability.
- Valid full UK driving licence and access to own car.
- Flexibility to work a rota, early mornings, late evenings, alternate weekends and bank holidays.
