Location A across Llandudno & Surrounding Areas. A valid full UK driving licence and use of your own vehicle is essential. Travel expenses are covered and mileage is paid at 43p per mile.

Hourly Rate £14.50 per hour, plus an extra 30p per hour for evening work and an extra £1.30 per hour for weekend work. Hours Up to 12 hours per week on a rota basis that includes mornings, evenings and weekends.

About the Role:

This is a dual role consisting of personal care and domestic services. You’ll work closely with the Field Care Supervisor, House Managers and Registered Care Manager to deliver bespoke care and lifestyle support to homeowners, including personal care, household tasks, companionship and wellbeing activities. Communal areas must be cleaned regularly. The role is mobile field‑based and requires travel between developments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support individual homeowners with daily activities, personal hygiene and medication assistance.
  • Maintain communal areas to a high standard, ensuring a clean, tidy, and welcoming environment.
  • Provide domestic support such as cleaning, shopping and managing household tasks.
  • Assist homeowners with social activities, transport arrangements and attending appointments to enhance their wellbeing and social connections.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a care environment and a Level 2 Health and Social Care qualification preferred, though not essential – full training will be provided.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, empathy and effective time‑management.
  • Domestic or housekeeping experience is also welcomed.

Other Requirements:

  • Valid full UK driving licence and access to your own car, with willingness to travel between developments.
  • Flexibility to work on a rota basis that includes early mornings, late afternoons and alternate weekends, including some bank holidays.
