You will lead a team to help residents live independently within a warm, caring community and ensure high-quality care across day and evening shifts.
The role offers permanent hours (33.5 per week).
Day shifts are paid £15.24 per hour, sleeping night shifts £12.24, with a £1 uplift for hours Fri to Sun.
