Position Details
- Contract: Permanent
- Hours: 33.5 hours per week, with a mixture of day and evening shifts, including weekdays and weekends.
- Pay: £15.24 per hour for day shifts, £12.24 for sleeping night shifts, plus an extra £1 for every hour worked from midnight Friday to midnight Sunday.

Role Highlights
As a Care Supervisor, you’ll play a crucial role in enabling residents to live independently and actively and you will uphold our commitment to high-quality care. You will support the management of a thriving community of independent older adults, including overseeing the Care and Support team. Your role will include ensuring their safety, coordinating activities, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
About You
You are warm, friendly, organised, and self-motivated, with experience in a care or support environment and preferably a Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care. (Those with L2 are welcome to apply but will need to undertake their L3.) You are eager to take on responsibilities, promote community spirit, and improve the wellbeing of our residents. You will have previous experience of managing team members.
