About The Role
We are seeking a customer centric House Manager to exemplify high-quality customer standards. The role enhances homeowners’ quality of life and independence, combining front of house, facilities management, and high level customer service. The successful candidate will build a strong community with homeowners through event coordination and regular meetings to report company updates and address residents’ priorities.
Responsibilities
- Welcoming new Homeowners and supporting them to settle into their apartments.
- Providing a professional front of house service and handling visitors in a friendly manner.
- Being the first point of contact for Homeowners and offering help, support and advice as necessary.
- Collaborating with partners and suppliers to ensure the smooth running of the estate.
- Being the ‘face’ of McCarthy Stone for families and friends of Homeowners.
- Handling Homeowners issues with sensitivity and maintaining confidentiality and privacy.
- Managing gardens and grounds to provide a safe, well maintained, pleasant environment.
- Facilitating social interaction and helping Homeowners enjoy retirement living to the full.
- Ensuring all Health and Safety requirements are adhered to.
