The predicted salary is between 14.5 - 14.5 £ per hour.
Location: Across Hertford and surrounding area. A valid full UK driving license and use of your own vehicle is essential. Travel expenses covered, mileage paid at 43p per mile. Hourly rate £14.50 per hour, with an extra 30p per hour for evening hours and an extra £1.30 for weekend hours. Hours up to 35 hours per week on a rota basis, including mornings, evenings, alternate weekends (may include bank holidays). Shifts from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm. We do not offer sponsorship.
Key Responsibilities
- Support individual homeowners: provide personalised care, daily activities, personal hygiene, medication assistance.
- Domestic: maintain communal areas to a high standard, assist with cleaning, shopping, and household tasks.
- Social Support: assist with social activities, transport arrangements, appointments, enhancing wellbeing and social connections.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Previous experience in a care environment with Level 2 Health and Social Care preferred but not essential; training provided for career change.
- Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and time‑management ability.
- Driving: Valid full UK driving licence, own car, willingness to travel between developments.
- Flexibility: Ability to work rota basis, including early mornings, late evenings, alternate weekends, and some bank holidays.
