McCarthy & Stone is seeking an experienced Development Accounts Business Partner to join our Services Finance team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. You will manage a portfolio of developments, partnering with Operations Managers to deliver accurate service charge accounts, budgets and insightful financial commentary. This role goes beyond technical accounting; you will act as the trusted finance partner, advise on decisions, challenge assumptions and help homeowners receive clear, timely information.
