About the Role
We are seeking a customer‑centric Concierge to exemplify the high‑quality customer standards that we are renowned for. The key role is to enhance the homeowners’ quality of life and enable them to maintain independence. This diverse role encompasses high‑level customer service, front‑of‑house, and facilities management. The successful candidate will build a strong community with homeowners through event coordination, regular meetings to report company updates, and addressing residents’ priorities.
Key Duties
- Welcoming new homeowners and supporting them to settle into their apartments.
- Providing a professional front‑of‑house service and handling all visitors in a friendly manner.
- Being the first point of contact for all homeowners and offering help, support and advice as necessary.
- Collaborating with partners and suppliers to ensure smooth running of the estate.
- Being the face of McCarthy; training will be provided.
