Position Details
- Contract: Permanent
- Hours: 20 hours per week (early and late shifts as arranged with the manager, including alternate weekends)
- Pay: Starting at £13.26 per hour, with enhanced rates for weekend and evening shifts

Role Highlights
As a Care and Support Assistant, you’ll play a crucial role in enabling residents to live independently and actively. Your daily tasks will include light domestic duties, coordinating resident activities, and assisting with appointments and shopping. Each day will be diverse, allowing you to make a significant impact on residents’ wellbeing.
About You
- Location: Ideally within commuting distance to our estate
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a UK health and social care role (preferred), passion for working with older adults. Level 2 QCF qualification in Health and Social Care (Adults) is an asset but not mandatory.
- Skills: Warm, friendly, dedicated to exceptional service, thrives in a team environment, eager to make a positive difference.
