We are recruiting Care Supervisors to join the team at our newest development, Mewstone Place in Dartmouth, Devon. Mewstone Place is our latest Retirement Living Plus development, that consists of 61 apartments with excellent on site facilities, all set within beautiful grounds. It\'s an exciting time to join as we open the development and welcome new homeowners!
Hourly rate: Β£15.00 per hour day rate and Β£12.24 per hour sleeping night rate. Receive an extra Β£1 for every hour worked from midnight Friday to midnight Sunday.
Hours: 33.5 per week - You must be willing to do a mix of days and sleeping night shifts
Our day shifts vary between 08:45 and 16:30 or between 16:15 to 09:30.
Our night shifts are from 21:30 to 09:00am
Our Care Supervisors sleep between 23:00pm and 07:00am providing emergency support only to our homeowners throughout that period.

We are seeking a professional Care Supervisor to exemplify the high-quality customer standards that we are renowned for. About You
- You will be a warm, friendly, organised, and self-motivated individual with experience of working in a care or support environment and excellent care skills.
- You will want to work in the Health and Social care sector and preferably have a QCF Health and Social Care (Adults) Level 3 qualification, although consideration will be given to a candidate with an alternative qualifications and relevant experience.
- Keen to take on the responsibility of managing the security of the development, looking after the safety and wellbeing of the homeowners, and overseeing the Care and Support teams.
- Able to co-ordinate and facilitate activities that help strengthen the community spirit within the development.
- Driven to continue to grow their skills and will want to lead by example and think on their feet.
- Able to make a difference to the wellbeing and happiness of older people.
