We are seeking someone with a proven track record in customer-focused, target-driven sales, ideally with estate agency or housebuilding experience, who combines a strong commercial mindset with exceptional relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills. This role is more than sales. You will deliver outstanding customer experiences, connecting with clients, understanding their needs, and guiding them through a major life decision with care and confidence. Success comes from balancing customer needs with business goals, proactively managing your pipeline, and driving measurable results - all while being part of a high-performing, agile team shaping the future of retirement living.
