McCarthy Stone seeks a Care Assistant for our Cross Penny Court development in Bury St Edmunds. The role is part-time (16 hours per week) at £13.79–£15.09 per hour, with enhanced pay for evenings and weekends. Sponsorship is not available. Training is provided with funded Level 2 or 3 in Adult Care.
You’ll work a mix of early/late shifts, including alternate weekends, at a single location to support residents in maintaining independence and a dignified quality of life.
