Position Details
- Hours: 20 hours per week (to be discussed with the manager)
- Pay: Starting at £13.26 per hour, with enhanced rates up to £14.56 depending on shifts during weekends and evenings.

Role Highlights
As a Care and Support Assistant you’ll play a crucial role in enabling residents to live independently and actively. Your daily tasks will include light domestic duties, coordinating resident activities, assisting with appointments and shopping, and ensuring each day is diverse to make a significant impact on residents’ wellbeing.
About You
- Location: Ideally within commuting distance to the estate.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a UK health and social care role preferred; passion for working with older adults. A Level 2 QCF qualification in Health and Social Care (Adults) is an asset but not mandatory.
- Skills: Warm, friendly, and dedicated to exceptional service; thrive in a team environment and eager to make a positive difference.
